At GiftsUwish, we work with a production partner in the USA to deliver high-quality, custom-made products worldwide. Below is our full shipping policy, including production times, shipping rates, carriers, and important delivery information.
 
⏱ Production Time
 
Most products are made and shipped within 1–4 business days.
This does not include shipping/transit time.
 
Some products may require up to 5 business days depending on volume and product type.
 
🚀 General Shipping Information
 
• Tracking is uploaded automatically on the day your order ships.
• Tracking updates may pause once a package leaves the USA until it clears customs in the destination country.
• USPS Saturday delivery is included for most areas.
• International customs fees vary by country. Customers are responsible for these fees.
• GiftsUwish does not cover packages marked Delivered unless "Package Protection" service was purchased.
• Once shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
• We cannot reroute, recall, or expedite orders after they enter the carrier network.
• If tracking has no updates for 30 days, you may contact support for investigation.
