Because even in magical kingdoms, sometimes things don’t go quite as planned.

At GiftsUwish, your happiness is our greatest treasure. If something isn’t quite right with your order, worry not—we offer a 14-day return window, starting from the day your magical parcel arrives at your doorstep.

✨ Eligibility for Return

To return an item, we kindly ask that it remains in its original enchanted state—unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and nestled in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will help us locate your order in our scrolls of records.

🧭 How to Begin Your Return Journey

Simply send a message to our castle keepers at info@giftsuwish.com to start your return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Please don’t send items back without a return request—our magical gates only open for expected guests!

🧚 Damaged or Mismatched Items

While we do our best to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, sometimes a hiccup in the spell may occur. If your item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong treasure was sent, contact us right away so we can set things right with a flick of our wand (and a little customer care magic).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some enchanted items are crafted just for you and can’t be returned—this includes custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out—we're here to help and happy to clarify.

💰 Refunds

Once your returned item reaches our kingdom and is inspected, we’ll send word to let you know whether your refund has been approved. If it is, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind, it may take your bank or credit card provider a little extra time to complete the process on their end.
